Evalution Games is an independent games studio run by Eva. This page explains what personal data is handled when you visit evalution.games or get in touch.
This website
The site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no contact forms, no analytics and no advertising, and it sets no cookies.
Two outside services see technical data when you load a page:
- Render hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address when it does.
If you write to support@evalution.games, your email address and whatever you include in the message are used only to reply to you and to handle your request. Messages are not shared or used for marketing. Ask at any time and your messages will be deleted.
Games
Evalution Games has not released a game yet. Before one is released, this policy will be updated to describe what that game collects and why, including any third-party services it uses.
Blasters League, mentioned on the home page, is published by Itching and is covered by the publisher's own privacy policy, linked from its Google Play listing.
Children
This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email support@evalution.games.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
